Agreement
This agreement is between the signee, hereafter referred to as CLIENT, and The Soul Hive, hereafter referred to as CONTRACTOR.

Description of Work

CONTRACTOR will create create all items outlined in the Soulful Suite Package.

Pricing is based on the scope agreed, regardless of hours involved. Revisions or alterations to the scope of work or schedule may obligate the CLIENT to additional fees. These may include strategy, design or content changes made after initial CLIENT approvals. Extensive alterations, such as a change in the direction of the design, shall be considered new work and will require that this agreement be amended with a change order to reflect the revised scope of work.

Project Pricing

Total fixed fee for project: A$3,850.00.
Either pay in full (best price) or choose a payment plan as outlined.
CONTRACTOR will issue invoices to CLIENT and payment will be due net seven (7) days from the invoice date. Failure to secure final approval from CLIENT on website designs, integrations, technology updates and other will not be considered a reason to delay payment beyond the due date.

Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, the CLIENT is hereby granted exclusive and unlimited usage and reproduction rights to the final designs prepared for the CLIENT as part of this project. CONTRACTOR reserves the right to reproduce any and all designs created in digital and electronic media for CONTRACTOR’s promotional purposes.

Cancellation

The CONTRACTOR may reject and/or immediately terminate this Agreement, upon notice to CLIENT for any of the following reasons: (a) if the CLIENT fails to make payment when due or otherwise fails to perform any of the provisions of this Agreement, (b) if the CLIENT makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors. If this Agreement is terminated for any of these reasons, CLIENT will nevertheless remain liable for balances due on any products and services that were purchased, whether billed or un-billed, and CONTRACTOR will send an invoice to CLIENT who agrees to promptly pay.
